Shaw Precast plant operations will plan to be open for both shifts on Monday March 23, 2026. 

The following was considered when making this decision:

• Employee safety
• Weather and road conditions
• Critical mass for plant operations
• Sufficient time to clear snow to allow plants and yard to operate
• Other relevant information, such as available information from Emera

Snow clearing will take place

This website will be updated no later than 8pm the night before a known potential plant interruption.
